Hawelia Group was founded in the year 1988, with an initial brand name of "Hawelia Properties".

Hawelia Properties was involved in developing of independent low budget apartments and dream homes in Ghaziabad area from 1988 to 2001.

From 2002 to 2009: The new brand name "Hawelia Builders" developing high-end luxurious bungalows and builder floor apartments in East Delhi. The group delivered the famous addresses like Nirmal Chhaya in Anand Vihar, Delhi and Royal Apartment in Surya Nagar, Ghaziabad.

From 2010 onwards: Hawelia group launched their first group housing project in name of HAWELIA VALENCIA HOMES having 870 units spread 6.5 acres of land in Sector-1, Greater Noida (West)

The Other Launched Project HAWELIA VALENOVA PARK is a luxury housing having 540 units spread across 4 acres in TechZone 4, Greater Noida (West).

These Residential Projects are completed by Hawelia Group.
